    • 15,000 square feet of Retail Shopping Center. The site is located at the foot of the Twin Towers at Financial Plaza was formerly Bobby Mcgee's restaurant. Now Starbuck's, Quizno's and Western Bagel are anchor stores which make the center a success. The multi-colored stucco design by Lauterbach and Associates includes standing seam metal roofs, custom fountains, decorative railings and designer concrete patios.
  • 28.900 square foot, 81 room dormitory structure to house 162 students. Interior includes bed and bath facilities in a 3 story building with a custom stucco finish. Upgrade of the existing sewer system as well all underground utilities were coordinated.
  • All site and off-site concrete and asphalt as well as new parking facilities are part of the project scope.
